Surya Kriya review requires Empty Stomach conditions as below: Empty Stomach Conditions: Due to the nature of the practices, please ensure you finish :
- any heavy meal at least 4 hrs before the class
- snack 2.5 hrs before, &
- beverage atleast 1.5 hrs before the session.
