NJ: Surya Kriya Group Practice

Namaskaram We have a review session planned as per the schedule shown. The review session is ONLY for those who have previously learnt Isha Surya Kriya. Surya Kriya review requires Empty Stomach conditions as below:   Empty Stomach Conditions: Due to the nature of the practices, please ensure you finish :

1. any heavy meal at least 4 hrs before the class
2. snack 2.5 hrs before, &
3. beverage atleast 1.5 hrs before the session.
