Hike & Meditate in Catskills

We will plan to hike 2 Summits @ Devil’s Path Trail & meditate. Please come prepared with appropriate gear, shoes, trail-mix, water, etc. Once you have RSVP’d we will message you with exact coordinates for the trail. ..   Breath Bond – A Walk with Awareness   Breath is not just the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide.
