Devi Pooja happens every full moon night & it goes on for about 45minutes. During this time, you can participate by chanting along with Sadhguru or just sit silently.
Anyone can attend this Meditation/Chanting & incase, you are coming with young kids, it is a humble request to ensure that they stay quiet during the Meditation & you can sit silently in the living room with them please.
Once the chant is over, you can continue to sit for as long as you want. The schedule is below: (no unnecessary movement during the schedule below)
- 6:05pm : be seated (please note once the Guru Pooja starts the door to the meditation room will close & you can sit in the room outside)
- Please plan to arrive by 6:00pm if you plan to attend Guru Pooja.
