We are a Classical Hatha Yoga Teachers certified by  Sadhguru Gurukulam.

At Yoga Nebula, we offer a unique approach to yoga instruction in the New York City and New Jersey area. Our workshops are crafted to provide an immersive environment for learning the intricate science of yoga with precision and care.

We conduct our classes in intimate group settings, gradually introducing yoga practices through clear verbal instructions and precise demonstrations. To enhance understanding, we incorporate informative videos that offer intellectual insights into the underlying processes of yoga.

We understand that taking the first step can be daunting, especially when our workshops require a minimum of 7 hours. The good news is that our workshops are designed for all body types, weights, and experience levels – even if you’ve never tried yoga before! Our – Guidelines

Sit cross-legged or use back support in the meditation room, refrain from lying down, moving unnecessarily, or stretching legs towards the Devi. Alternatively, feel free to meditate in the equally potent outside area if you need a different posture or movement. Feeling Sick? Stay home and away from others (including people you live with who are not sick) if you have symptoms that aren’t better explained by another cause. Seek health care promptly for testing and/or treatment if you have risk factors for severe illness; treatment may help lower your risk of severe illness.

In the heart of Hillsborough, NJ, our workshops adopt a Pay-As-You-Wish (PAYW) model, a testament to our commitment to accessibility and inclusivity in learning ancient science of Yoga.
