Head of Customer Success – Social Media

 We are seeking a cheerful, organized and empathetic Customer Success Manager to join our team and focus on providing our customers with best-in-class service. We view this customer facing position as an extension of our brand and consider it critical to our customer retention and loyalty efforts. The right person will provide excellent service and ensure our customers have a positive experience with our company. 

The specific duties of the position will involve:

  • Communicating with customers via email, social media and telephone,
  • Relaying customer feedback to management,
  • Design content strategy across social channels, differentiating each channel to increase our following by producing engaging content.
  • Leverage paid strategies across all social accounts to drive engagement and organizational goals, such as increased website traffic
  • Experience providing analysis on social media content performance and audience? utilizing various platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc is a plus.
  • Manage cross-channel content calendar and day-to-day posting.
  • Organize and maintain digital system of content assets.
  • Comfortable in unstructured, fast-paced, dynamic work environment of a startup and able to autonomously create organizational structure and systems. 
  • “How can I help?” mindset – willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what’s needed to help the brand grow and scale, which may include working late nights and on tight deadlines. 

Qualifications of the job are as follows:

  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing, journalism, advertising or related experience, specifically focused on management of social media accounts and digital content creation.
  • Plan, lead, and execute strategies to increase our following, reach, and engage to build our community in a unique way. 
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter, innovative thinker.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a sense of urgency where initial contact with a customer must be within 24 hours
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).
  • Familiarity with Wordpress is also a definite plus
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree
