  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing or using yoganebula.com, registering for any Yoga Nebula class, workshop, retreat, program, digital content, or purchasing any product or service (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
    If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

  2. Nature of Services (No Medical Advice)
    Yoga Nebula offers yoga, breathwork, meditation, wellness workshops (including diabetes education), and related educational services.
    All Services are provided for educational and wellness purposes only.
    Yoga Nebula does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
    Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
    Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any physical or wellness practice, especially if you have pre-existing conditions like diabetes (type 1 or type 2), injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant.

  3. Eligibility
    You must be 18 years or older to participate unless explicit parental/guardian consent is provided for minors.
    By registering, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into this agreement

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

  1. Assumption of Risk
    Yoga, breathwork, and physical practices involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Physical injury

  • Muscle strain

  • Emotional release

  • Discomfort or fatigue

  • Exacerbation of chronic conditions (e.g., blood sugar fluctuations in diabetes)
    By participating, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown.

  1. Release of Liability & Waiver
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to:

  • Release Yoga Nebula, its instructors, facilitators, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation

  • Waive any right to bring claims related to injury, loss, or damages incurred during or after participation
    This applies to in-person, online, recorded, and hybrid sessions.

  1. Participant Responsibilities
    You agree to:

  • Listen to your body and modify or stop practices as needed

  • Inform instructors of any injuries, conditions, or limitations

  • Follow all studio, venue, and instructor guidelines
    Yoga Nebula reserves the right to deny or discontinue participation if conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

  1. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
    Classes & Workshops

  • Payments are required in advance unless otherwise stated

  • Missed sessions are non-refundable

  • Transfers or credits may be offered at Yoga Nebula’s discretion

  • Cancellations 72 hours prior may qualify for credit
    Programs & Retreats

  • Deposits may be non-refundable

  • Cancellation timelines and refund terms will be specified per event

  • Travel, lodging, and personal expenses are the participant’s responsibility
    Pay-As-You-Wish / Sliding Scale

  • Offered in good faith

  • Abuse or misrepresentation may result in removal from future offerings

  1. Intellectual Property
    All content provided by Yoga Nebula — including videos, audio, PDFs, course materials, logos, text, images, and designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of Yoga Nebula.
    You may not reproduce, distribute, record, or resell content without written permission.

  2. Digital Content & Online Access
    For online or recorded programs:

  • Access is provided for personal use only

  • Sharing login credentials or content is prohibited

  • Yoga Nebula does not guarantee uninterrupted access due to technical limitations

  1. Photography & Media Consent
    By attending Yoga Nebula events, you grant permission for:

  • Photography or video recording

  • Use of images or footage for promotional or educational purposes
    Minors or those not wishing to be recorded must notify us in writing prior to the session.

  1. Privacy
    Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

  2. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Yoga Nebula shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim

  1. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yoga Nebula from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Your participation

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Misuse of Services or content

  1. Modifications to Services or Terms
    Yoga Nebula may:

  • Modify or discontinue Services at any time

  • Update these Terms without prior notice
    Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

  1. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  2. Dispute Resolution
    Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
    If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction in New Jersey courts, unless otherwise required by law.
