Angamardana is a system rooted in Yoga that offers you the opportunity to invigorate the body and to reach the peak of physical and mental health. It means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs, and other parts of the body. This practice revitalizes the body on all levels including the muscles, blood circulation, skeletal structure, nervous system, and the basic energy system.
Designed by Sadhguru, Angamardana needs no fitness equipment. It is an intense exercise that involves only the body and floor exercises that can be practiced anywhere, even during travel.

Workshop Pre-requisites: It is a pre-requisite to maintain an empty stomach condition in order to attend the sessions. This means if you have eaten or consumed:
- A full meal, there must be 4 hours gap before the session
- Light Snack there must be 2.5 hours gap before the session
- Beverage there must be 1.5 hours gap before the session
