At Yoga Nebula, we offer workshops in New Jersey more often than in New York City—and for a reason.
Our New Jersey space is a quiet sanctuary, held in the grace of Ling Bhairavi, surrounded by nature. Within 15 minutes, you can be inside a nature preserve; within 10 minutes, you can take a silent walk along a canal or go for a peaceful bike ride. This environment naturally supports stepping away from schedules, slowing down, and dedicating a full day to silence, meditation, and inner work.
In NYC, we come whenever there is enough interest.
New York has its own unique heartbeat and is very dear to us.
If you don’t see an upcoming workshop listed, please don’t assume it won’t happen—just ping us.
Once we know there’s interest, we’re happy to plan.
While we do offer classes and workshops in NYC, all sessions—whether in NYC or New Jersey—require pre-registration. We do not offer walk-in workshops.
24-Hour Sadhana Stay (New Offering)
We’re also opening up a 1-day overnight stay option for those who wish to be fully immersed in 24 hours of sadhana.
- Arrival by 3:00 PM
- Workshop begins at 4:00 PM
- Retire for rest by 10:00 PM
- Morning sadhana begins at 4:00 AM
- Followed by chanting and meditation
- Second workshop session starts at 7:30 AM
- Workshop concludes around 12:00 noon
- You head back with packed Indian vegetarian food
Whether you attend a full-day workshop or choose the overnight stay, you are always welcome to remain in silencethroughout your time here.
Daily Meditations
We also host daily meditation sessions at 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, followed by chanting. You may join these anytime.
