The Role: Grow Subscriptions via Meta Ads
This is not your average social media gig. We’re not chasing likes — we’re looking for measurable results in the form of leads and paid subscriptions.
Your mission:
Generate quality leads and convert them into InsideMeter subscribers using Facebook and Instagram marketing, with a heavy focus on image and graphic-based content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic content plan for lead generation and sales
- Design and post visually engaging creatives (graphics, carousels, reels) tailored to our brand and audience
- Set up and optimize campaigns through Meta Ads Manager
- Track metrics like CTR, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Iterate constantly based on performance insights
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with:
- Proven success in growing paid subscriptions via Facebook/Instagram
- Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of Meta ad targeting (custom audiences, lookalikes, retargeting)
- Experience with conversion-focused funnels
- Ability to analyze and act on data (Meta Analytics, GA, etc.)
- Bonus: Familiarity with wellness, mental health, or lifestyle apps
Questions That Matter Most
To help us find the right fit, we’re asking a few yes/no and numeric questions in the application process:
Yes/No Questions:
- Have you successfully run campaigns that increased paid subscriptions?
- Have you worked in the wellness, mental health, or lifestyle product space?
- Do you have at least 2 years of experience with Meta Ads Manager?
- Have you used retargeting and lookalike audiences?
- Have you optimized campaigns based on CAC, ROAS, or subscription conversion?
Numeric Questions:
- How many subscriptions did your campaigns generate in the past 12 months?
- What was the average monthly ad spend you managed?
- What’s the highest ROAS you’ve achieved on a subscription campaign?
- How many creative variations do you typically test per campaign?
