We invite you to do Navratri Sadhana
The sadhana is to be practised on each of the days starting September 29 to October 7, 2019, by doing the following:
- Light a lamp for Devi.
- Chant a minimum of three cycles of the “Jai Bhairavi Devi” stuthi in front of a photo of Devi, Linga Bhairavi Gudi, Linga Bhairavi Yantra or Avighna Yantra. It is advisable to chant eleven cycles. (One cycle is the recitation of all 33 names of Devi, as listed below). The chant is available as part of the Isha Chants free mobile app.
- Make an offering. There are no restrictions on what can be offered.

You are welcome to celebrate Navratri with Yoga Nebula.
Please arrive by 6:30pm & we will start at 6:45pm on Sept-29th and it will continue daily until Oct-7th.

6:50pm : 11 Cycles of “Jai Bhairavi Stuthi”
7:45pm : Aarti
7:50pm : Closing with Jagoo Bhairavi
Incase the pooja room is full, you are welcome to sit silently in the living room or anywhere you find space with your eyes closed and palms facing upwards & be with the chant.
Anyone can attend this Pooja & incase, you are coming with young kids, it is a humble request to ensure that they stay quiet during the pooja & you can sit silently in the living room with them please.
