NJ Angamardhana Group Practice

Pre-requisite:

• Must have previously learnt Angamardhana either by Isha Foundation or Isha Hatha Yoga teachers.

We will be able to confirm the seat once we receive the registration & payment. Since the space is limited, please complete the above formalities at your earliest. Important Note: Due to the nature of this practice, there are a some contraindications. People who fall under any of the below categories are not eligible to participate at this time

• – Women who are currently pregnant
• – Anyone who has had a major open surgery in the last 6 months
• – Anyone who has had a laparoscopic surgery in the last 6 weeks

Empty Stomach Conditions: Due to the nature of the practices, please ensure you finish :

1. any heavy meal at least 4 hrs before the class
2. snack 2.5 hrs before, &
3. beverage atleast 1.5 hrs before the session.
