Workshop Schedule & Participation

This 5-day or the 11-day workshop is offered in two convenient time slots to accommodate different schedules:

6:00 AM – 7:00 AM or 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

You’ll select your preferred time slot at registration and attend the same time each day for all eleven days or five days (whatever you prefer), allowing you to build depth and continuity in your practice.

This is an ongoing online kids yoga & wellbeing program, offered in 5-day ($75.00) and 11-day ($100.00) formats, designed to help children learn, experience, and establish simple yet effective yogic practices that support physical wellbeing, emotional balance, and mental clarity.
