This 21-Day Sadhana is designed to help participants establish discipline, depth, and consistency in classical Isha Hatha Yoga practices. Participants may choose between two commitment levels, depending on the intensity they wish to undertake.
PRE-REQUISITE: You must have learn’t Isha Hatha Yoga Practices
Daily Schedule: 4:30 AM – 7:00 AM
Participants attending the 21-day program will gather every morning for guided practice. Sessions will systematically cover the full spectrum of Isha Hatha Yoga, allowing the body and mind to be prepared, strengthened, and aligned over the 21 days.
Morning Session Includes:
Each session is conducted with attention to alignment, breath, and awareness, helping participants refine their practice while building stability and endurance.
Morning Schedule: 4:30 AM – 7:00 AM (Same structure as the Morning Sadhana option)
In addition to the morning sessions, participants opting for the 21-Day Intensive will also attend evening sadhana, where the emphasis is on independent practice held in a supportive and consecrated atmosphere.
Evening Session Format:
The evening sessions are intentionally quieter and inward-focused, offering participants the space to perform their kriyas on their own, deepening their relationship with the practices and with Devi’s grace.
Note: This sadhana requires commitment and punctuality. Participants are encouraged to choose the option that they can honor fully for all 21 days.
There will be no session on weekends.
