Clarifying Our Offerings: Yoga Workshops, Not Teacher Training

Clarification on Our Offerings at Yoga Nebula

We’d like to clarify a recent misunderstanding from a published article and sincerely apologize for any confusion it may have caused.

At Yoga Nebula, we do not conduct Yoga Teacher Training. Our offerings are workshops—immersive, in-depth sessions designed to introduce you to the science of Classical Hatha Yoga as transmitted by Sadhguru through the Sadhguru Gurukulam.

Our certified teachers are trained in this classical lineage to share yoga in its pure, traditional form. The workshops we offer are not about certifying teachers but about equipping practitioners with a lifelong personal practice. Each participant learns to perform the practices safely and independently—whether at home or during our optional group sessions.

What makes Yoga Nebula unique is our unwavering commitment to authenticity and precision in instruction:

  • No background music, mirrors, or props
  • Silent demonstrations and verbal guidance only
  • No physical adjustments—encouraging self-awareness from within

This inwardly focused, distraction-free environment allows you to experience yoga at a deeper, more conscious level—beyond physical postures and toward self-transformation.

If you’re seeking to learn pure Classical Hatha Yoga practices and establish your own sustainable home sadhana, our workshops are ideal for you. However, if you’re looking to become a teacher, we recommend exploring the 21-week Hatha Yoga Teacher Training directly through the Sadhguru Gurukulam at Isha Foundation.

We thank you for your understanding and continued trust as we remain committed to sharing authentic yoga in the New York and New Jersey area.
