About Yoga Nebula

Yoga Nebula conducts structured yogic workshops designed to equip participants with a complete, take-home practice that can be sustained independently for life.

Each workshop provides clear instruction and sufficient training for participants to practice on their own—at home, while traveling, or in any personal setting—without ongoing dependency on group classes.

After learning a practice, participants may optionally attend group practice sessions offered by Yoga Nebula. These sessions are not mandatory and are intended solely for those who wish to practice in a group environment or deepen their consistency.

Yoga Nebula teaches a range of classical yogic practices. A select set of these practices is listed on this website.
