Sit cross-legged or use back support in the meditation room, refrain from lying down, moving unnecessarily, or stretching legs towards the Devi. Alternatively, feel free to meditate in the equally potent outside area if you need a different posture or movement.

- As a sign of respect, lying down or moving around unnecessarily is not permitted during the meditation session (i.e. Devi Chanting, full moon meditation)
- As a sign of respect, please refrain from stretching out your legs towards the Devi.
- As a sign of respect, please maintain silence and minimize distractions for yourself and others during the meditation session.
- If you are arriving late, then please sit in the room that is just outside the meditation room. There is no need to ring the bell.

- When in the meditation room, please sit cross-legged or use a back support if needed.

- If you prefer a different sitting position or need to move around, PLEASE sit in the room just next to the meditation room, which is equally potent for meditation.
- If you have any concerns or questions, please approach the instructor before or after the session.
- Remember to focus on your breath and be present in the moment throughout the meditation practice.
- Please arrive on time and settle in quietly to ensure a smooth start to the session for everyone.
