Surya Kriya review requires Empty Stomach conditions as below:

Due to the nature of the practices, please ensure you finish :

1. any heavy meal at least 4 hrs before the class
2. snack 2.5 hrs before, &
3. beverage atleast 1.5 hrs before the session.
