People who fall under any of the below categories are not eligible to participate at this time<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2013 Women who are currently pregnant<\/li>\n<li>\u2013 Anyone who has had a major open surgery in the last 6 months<\/li>\n<li>\u2013 Anyone who has had a laparoscopic surgery in the last 6 weeks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Empty Stomach Conditions:<\/strong> Due to the nature of the practices, please ensure you finish :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>any heavy meal at least 4 hrs before the class<\/li>\n<li>snack 2.5 hrs before, &amp;<\/li>\n<li>beverage atleast 1.5 hrs before the session.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[vfb id=&#8217;58&#8217;] \u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pre-requisite: Must have previously learnt Angamardhana either by Isha Foundation or Isha Hatha Yoga teachers.
