Participants may choose between two commitment levels\, depending on the intensity they wish to undertake. \nPRE-REQUISITE: You must have learn’t Isha Hatha Yoga Practices \nOption 1: 21-Day Morning Sadhana\nDaily Schedule: 4:30 AM – 7:00 AM \nParticipants attending the 21-day program will gather every morning for guided practice. Sessions will systematically cover the full spectrum of Isha Hatha Yoga\, allowing the body and mind to be prepared\, strengthened\, and aligned over the 21 days. \nMorning Session Includes: \n\nGuru Pooja\nBhuta Shuddhi\nUpa Yoga\nAngamardhana\nSurya Shakti\nSurya Kriya\nYogasanas\n\nEach session is conducted with attention to alignment\, breath\, and awareness\, helping participants refine their practice while building stability and endurance. \nOption 2: 21-Day Intensive (Morning + Evening)\nMorning Schedule: 4:30 AM – 7:00 AM (Same structure as the Morning Sadhana option) \nIn addition to the morning sessions\, participants opting for the 21-Day Intensive will also attend evening sadhana\, where the emphasis is on independent practice held in a supportive and consecrated atmosphere. \nEvening Session Format: \n\nGuru Pooja\nChanting\nIndividual Kriya practice in Devi’s presence\n\nThe evening sessions are intentionally quieter and inward-focused\, offering participants the space to perform their kriyas on their own\, deepening their relationship with the practices and with Devi’s grace. \nNote: This sadhana requires commitment and punctuality. Participants are encouraged to choose the option that they can honor fully for all 21 days.\nThere will be no session on weekends.

This is followed by a short instructional video\, after which you will practice independently in your own space. \nDaily Session Includes: \n\nGuru Pooja (together)\nShort instructional video\nIndependent practice of Isha Hatha Yoga sequence:\n\nBhuta Shuddhi\nUpa Yoga\nAngamardhana\nSurya Shakti\nSurya Kriya\nYogasanas\n\n\n\nRetake Sessions\nIf you have lost touch with your practice or need to refresh your understanding of any aspect\, retake sessions will be offered during the weekends throughout the 21-day period. These sessions provide an opportunity to reconnect and strengthen your foundation before continuing with the program. \nThe Sankalp\nWhen you begin this sadhana\, take a sankalp—a sacred commitment that you will not miss any session for the full 21 days. This commitment is the foundation of your practice. Sadhana is a long process\, and consistency is what transforms discipline into wisdom. Honor your commitment to yourself and to your journey. \nIf you have not yet learned all the practices (Bhuta Shuddhi\, Angamardhana\, Surya Shakti\, Surya Kriya\, or Yogasanas)\, that is completely okay. Your sankalp is to practice with full dedication and presence whatever you have learned for these 21 days. The commitment is to consistency\, not perfection. \nNote: This sadhana requires dedication and punctuality. Camera must remain on during Guru Pooja.
