DESCRIPTION:We will be doing a walk at Sourland Mountain Preserve located on Sourland Mountain\, in the Sourlands region of New Jersey. It is within Hillsborough Township and Montgomery Township of Somerset County. You can read about the Preserve here. Hiking in the Sourlands can take you to tranquil wooded scenes\, fields full of flowers and tall grasses\, and boulder fields.  \n\n\n \nBreath Bond – A Walk with Awareness\n\n\n \nBreath is not just the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide. For different levels of thought and emotion that you go through\, your breath takes on different types of patterns. When you are angry\, peaceful\, happy or sad\, your breathe goes through subtle changes. Whichever way you breathe\, that is the way you think. Whichever way you think\, that is the way you breathe. \n\n\n \nThe breath can be used as a tool to do many things with the body and the mind. True to its name\, this practice revitalizes the body on all levels including the muscles\, circulatory system\, skeletal structure\, nervous system\, and the basic energy system. \nWith exercises carefully selected by Sadhguru to be of universal appeal and application\, Angamardana needs no fitness equipment.
